Position Summary:


The Adjuvant Products Marketing Manager will be responsible for the creation, development and implementation of Loveland’s adjuvant products marketing plan and strategies designed to create a differentiated position for our customers while improving overall grower performance. The right candidate will have the ability to evaluate internal/external data, market conditions, competitive responses, and adjust marketing plans as needed.


This position reports to the Director of Marketing, Loveland Products and requires that the successful candidate lives within commuting distance from Loveland, Co, with 30-40% travel required throughout the United States and Canada.


Key Tasks:


  • Implement strategic marketing plans for US and Canadian Adjuvant product line consistent with Loveland’s long term direction.
  • Work closely with Loveland Regulatory, Operations, and Supply Chain departments to support smooth product flow, pricing management, and other relevant duties towards product management.
  • Work closely with sales and tech service group to validate product performances, both new and old, with marketing field trials designed to strengthen overall marketing messages.
  • Provide financial analysis for the product line, including new products, with timely and accurate forecasts as well as analyzing the current line to determine portfolio rationalization opportunities.
  • Identify and implement new promotional tactics to create awareness.



  • Minimum 4-year Bachelor Degree
  • 3-5 years experience in sales or marketing in Ag related field
  • Highly self motivated
  • Ability to lead small groups to achieve a common goal
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • The highest ethical standards and sense of accountability
