Reporting to the Accounting Manager, Reporting/Fixed Assets, the Administrator I, Fixed Assets is a member of the Fixed Asset Team, whose primary responsibilities include fixed asset management support, CIP clerical assistance, monthly asset addition processing, data entry, filing maintenance, e-file archiving, and mail processing.


Key Tasks:

  • Manage, delegate or complete requests received through central email.
  • Match-up documentation and prepare files of approved asset projects.
  • Research, verify and create asset addition documentation.
  • Data entry of all additions while assisting with transfers and retirements into PeopleSoft as necessary.
  • Review Fleet Wave to Asset Management numbering synchronization.
  • Coding and processing of invoices in OnBase.
  • Analyze and research capital expenditures miscoded to expenses. Collaborate with AP department to work through corrections.
  • Assistance with other Fixed Asset duties and special projects as required.

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 3 year clerical experience is desired.
  • Accounting and/or Fixed Asset experience is considered an asset.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products.
