We are currently offering a great opportunity for a well organised Sales & Admin Assistant to join our Nutrien Water team.

About the role:
 

Reporting to the Branch Manager you will be exposed to various areas of the business including:

• Performing administration duties – Invoicing, Stock control, Material Ordering, Banking, Receipting, Reporting.

• Retail and trade sales on a variety of products within our water business including irrigation, pumping, and plumbing

• Answering customer enquires via phone calls, emails and instore

• Order allocation and picking/packing

• Stocktakes
• Store duties/housekeeping activities

About you:
 

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment.  In addition, you will demonstrate:

• Experience working within a similar role.
• Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships.
• A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Ability to identify ways to improve internal sales processes.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word,  Outlook and SAP or similar accounting packages.
